Openness to experience:

A craving for and active seeking of new outside-the-box abstract and/or concrete experiences.

Associated traits: innovative, curious, exploratory

Contradictory traits: repetition-oriented, linear

Domain A: tactile novelty

Domain B: informational novelty

Conscientiousness:

A tendency to structure one's time, especially as a function of performing institutional or formal obligations.

Associated traits: consistent, diligent, structured, disciplined, cautious

Contradictory traits: spontaneous, will-of-the-wind, random, unfocused, risky

Extroversion:

Regaining energy through social interaction and social self-expression (not to be confused with sociability).

Associated traits: active, aggressive, energetic, interaction-seeking

Contradictory traits: inactive, low energy, solitudinal, avoidant

Agreeableness:

Willingness to behave in a pleasant and adaptable manner.

Factor A: amiability

Associated traits: warm, kind, sociable

Contradictory traits: cold, asocial

Factor B: docility

Associated traits: easy, adaptable

Contradictory traits: resistant, stubborn

Neuroticism:

A propensity for negative mood states, particularly if changes in such states are volatile. Moderate-high neuroticism presents as somewhat depressive, whilst high neuroticism is turbulent and whirlwindlike.
